GD Health Loyalty Program

The GD Health Loyalty Program offers the exclusive benefit of earning points and redeeming them for direct discounts on your bill. Below are the detailed program terms and conditions:

Earning Points

All customers shopping at GD Health Pharmacies can earn points to their personal accounts simply by using their phone numbers.

• Earning rate: For every 1,000 VND spent, customers earn 1 Reward Point.

• Point calculation: Reward points are calculated based on the final payment value of the invoice (after deducting any promotions or discounts).

Example: The total order value is 100,000 VND. The customer uses a voucher/promotion of 50,000 VND.

👉 The actual bill amount the customer needs to pay is: 50,000 VND.

👉 The customer will earn correspondingly: 50 Reward Points into their account.

Redeeming Points

Customers can use their accumulated points to convert them into discounts, which are directly deducted from the total amount payable for subsequent purchases at the pharmacy.

• Redemption rate: 1 Point = 10 VND (Example: 1,000 points = 10,000 VND discount).

• Redemption limits per order:

  • Minimum redemption value: 500 VND/order (equivalent to using 50 points).

  • Maximum redemption value: 100,000 VND/order (equivalent to using a maximum of 10,000 points).

• Excluded products: Point redemption for discounts is not applicable to products from the following brands: Ecogreen, Nam Khanh, Khai Minh, Nhat Nhat, Chau Hung, and Traphaco.

How to Participate & Important Notes

• How to participate: Customers simply need to provide their phone number to the pharmacist at the counter before checkout for the system to record point accumulation or point deduction.

• General notes: Reward points are only valid for redemption as discounts on purchase invoices at GD Health and cannot be exchanged for cash. The redemption rate and program rules may be adjusted by GD Health from time to time and will be announced at the pharmacy.
